Charlotte is a Partner at Fragomen's New York office, where she practices exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law. Charlotte advises clients in various industries, including financial services and engineering, on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, employment and family-based permanent residency applications and U.S. citizenship applications. She joined Fragomen as a Summer Associate in 2005 and as an Associate in 2006.
Charlotte earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from New England School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University. She speaks English and Spanish.
Chris Gallagher, Senior Manager Career Services, German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.
The GACC is a designated State Department sponsor of the J-1 visa intern and trainee program. Chris serves as Alternate Responsible Officer for the Chamber. Chris is the former head of International Career Development Programs at the French-American Chamber of Commerce in New York. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and a former Fulbright Teaching Fellow, and he has worked in the J-1 visa world for over 15 years
Hugh W. Thistlethwaite III, Partner, Fragomen
Hugh is a Partner at Fragomen?s New York office, where he practices exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law. He currently advises insurance and financial services companies on issues involving employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, family-based permanent residence applications, and U.S. citizenship applications. Hugh began working at Fragomen as a Law Clerk in 2004 and served as an Associate from 2005 to 2007. After briefly working as an Associate in the Immigration Department of a multi-practice Manhattan law firm, Hugh returned to Fragomen in 2008.
Hugh earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from New York Law School and Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from New York University.
