Leading industry and government experts from Germany participated in this event to highlight Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's standout MedTech ecosystem, underscoring the region's leadership in the healthcare sector. With its two life sciences-focused universities, 13 research institutes, and 18 technology centers, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern offered a rich environment for innovation, supported by state politics through attractive subsidy programs. The conference aimed to spotlight this premier hub for MedTech innovation, offering insights into the unique benefits of investing in the region.

Keynote presentations delved into Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's pivotal role as a MedTech center, augmented by discussions with speakers intimately connected to the area. They shared experiences of business operations within this vibrant ecosystem, emphasizing the supportive infrastructure and the significant opportunities for growth and investment in both the region and Germany at large.

Following the virtual event, interested companies and organizations will have the opportunity to further engage with Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's representatives at an in-person networking dinner in Boston in September 2024. The dinner will take place during the BIOMEDevice trade show from September 25-26, 2024 in Boston. So kommen zwei mal im Jahr unsere Mitglieder für unsere Galaveranstaltungen zusammen. Unser alljährliches “Spargelessen” findet im Mai statt, zu dem wir deutschen Spargel und deutschen Wein einfliegen lassen. Im November feiern wir unsere Herbstgala, zusammen mit der Vergabe unseres Newcomer of the Year Awards.
