Massat Hoyer Consulting is a New York based accounting company, offering tax and advisory services to foreign companies and their US based subsidiaries.
On June 21, 2018, the Wayfair decision of the Supreme Court of the United States overturned the
existing Sales Tax nexus system in the US. Since the ruling, more than 40 States implemented
new nexus laws, stating that companies can have sales tax liabilities even without having a physical
presence in that state.
This new concept of economical nexus affects all remote sellers in the US. in combination with
more than 12.000 Sales Tax jurisdictions in the US and a fast-changing legal situation, it can be
challenging for foreign and native companies to identify and navigate through all legal regulations.
Together with our partner company, Massat Consulting Group, Massat Hoyer Consulting is offering
tax advisory and CPA services to foreign companies. MHC is specialized in Sales Tax advisory. -

Wir bieten Ihnen verschiedene Möglichkeiten Ihr Netzwerk zu erweiteren. Von exklusiven Networking Veranstaltungen in kleiner Runde bis hin zu Gala Dinnern mit über 300 Teilnehmer geben wir unseren Mitgliedern die Möglichkeit sich auszutauschen und wirtschafltiche Einblicke zu erlangen. So kommen zwei mal im Jahr unsere Mitglieder für unsere Galaveranstaltungen zusammen. Unser alljährliches “Spargelessen” findet im Mai statt, zu dem wir deutschen Spargel und deutschen Wein einfliegen lassen. Im November feiern wir unsere Herbstgala, zusammen mit der Vergabe unseres Newcomer of the Year Awards.
